AMS founder and Hearts/Northern Ireland national team assistant manager Austin MacPhee has been selected for a year-long inaugural FIFA Coach Mentorship Programme which kicked off at FIFA’s House of Football in Zurich yesterday.

We look on proudly as former players of AM Soccer have progressed into Soccer scholarships in the USA. It has been brilliant to have some of the guys back involved at AM Soccer over the summer and we now wish them all the best of luck with pre-season and the year ahead.

Walking Footballers trip to Portugal

Our Walking Footballers have arrived back home after a fantastic trip to Portugal as they spent the weekend taking part in a walking football festival.

We were delighted to have delivered our first Mini Tots class, which is aimed at children aged 18 month to 3 years of age. 

Vote for AMS in the People's Project

AMS have been named as a finalist in this year's 'People's Project'. One of only five organisations selected from the East of Scotland, we're asking for your vote to help us win £30,000 to develop our Walking Football Programme.

Winning the funding will allow us to employ sessional coaches, purchase basic equipment kit and pay for essential hall hire to help us development of walking football for the elderly - and others.
