COACH
What attracted you to coaching at AM Soccer Club?
-
Having known of AM Soccer, they had a great reputation for developing players and I was interested to see what they do differently from other clubs. They also brought a high level of professionalism to the grassroots game and community, so I was eager to get involved.
What do you feel is the most important aspect of your role as a Coach?
-
I believe it’s my job to create an environment where all players have the opportunity to develop their skills, to be challenged and most of all have fun!
What is your favourite AM Soccer Curriculum skill and why?
-
My favourite skill from the curriculum would have to be the Nani chop. When performed correctly and at speed, it can fool anyone!
Can you recall your favourite football moment from your life, so far?
-
My favourite football moment would be attending my first Rangers game. A 2-0 win at home to Kilmarnock.
If you could sit with any person, past or present for dinner and a conversation, who would that person be?
-
As I have a huge interest in engineering and design I would love to sit down with Nikola Tesla. He was a Serbian/American inventor born in the 1800’s.
